About Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) is an official discipline recognized by the FIG. It combines artistic performance, flexibility, balance, and coordination, performed on the floor with different apparatus accompanied by music. Athletes demonstrate skillful movements with ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, or rope.

Best Age to Start: 3 years and above. Early training focuses on flexibility, balance, and rhythm, helping develop technical and artistic skills. This sport requires high precision and flexibility to reach international competitive levels.
