About Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is an official FIG discipline, combining strength, flexibility, balance, beauty, and artistic creativity. It is one of the most popular and competitive sports worldwide.

WAG involves four main apparatus:
🟠 Vault – requires speed and power for dynamic jumps.
🔵 Uneven Bars – moving between high and low bars with strength and swing techniques.
🟣 Balance Beam – narrow apparatus requiring precision and focus for routines.
💃 Floor Exercise – artistic routines performed with music.

👧 Recommended starting age: 3 years and above. Intensive training and discipline are essential for national and international competition.
