About Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) is an official discipline of the FIG, combining strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. It is one of the most thrilling and competitive Olympic sports.

MAG involves six apparatus:
💪 Floor Exercise – agility and power in jumps and spins.
🐎 Pommel Horse – continuous circular movements requiring balance.
⚖️ Still Rings – upper body strength and control.
🟠 Vault – sprinting speed and precise landings.
📏 Parallel Bars – combination of power and balance.
Horizontal Bar – swings and aerial dismounts requiring precision and courage.

👦 Recommended starting age: 4–6 years. Continuous training and discipline are essential to reach world-class levels.
