About Aerobic Gymnastics

Aerobic Gymnastics is an official discipline recognized by the FIG (International Gymnastics Federation). It involves rhythmic, high-energy routines performed to music that demand strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and coordination.

Routines are performed on a standard floor without apparatus—either solo, in pairs, or in groups. Scoring is based on execution quality, difficulty, and artistry.
