Note in USAG

Note on Alternative Flight Series for Platinum Beam

A series is not required on Platinum beam if the gymnast performs a flight skill.
Any flight element that is not a C or higher is acceptable.

Examples include:

Roundoff

Back handspring

Dive or block cartwheel

Front handspring

Dive roll

Korbut (back handspring swing down)

In some cases, a dive handstand may also be allowed, though it could be classified as a dance move depending on execution.
